We would highly recommend Michelle Horan! My husband and I were initially looking at new construction. Michelle was very knowledgeable about new construction and wasn't afraid to ask difficult questions. She actually steered us away from dealing with a potentially shady builder that could have been a huge mistake! We were down to the wire with less than 32 days till our closing when Michelle showed us a perfect home. She went the extra mile for us so that we could close on the new house on the same day. She made several hour long trips to the lab herself to expedite results. She recommended a extremely knowledgeable home inspector, a real estate attorney, and a mortgage lender.
